An Ad Unum session is not a treatment you receive. It is a state you enter. The difference is not a nuance of language: it completely changes what happens in the hour we spend together, and what remains afterwards.
In most approaches someone does something to someone else. Not here. My work is not to apply a technique to you: it is to create the conditions for you to stop holding on. What happens next is not produced by me, and it is not produced by you trying hard. It happens when neither of us is forcing anything.

What happens, concretely
You stay dressed, lying down or seated. No physical contact is needed, there are no manipulations, you don’t have to do anything in particular: neither concentrate, nor visualise, nor believe in anything. I only ask you to notice. The session lasts between forty and sixty minutes, of which the active part is shorter than people expect.
People report very different things: physical sensations, changes in breathing, images, sometimes nothing striking during and a great deal in the days that follow. None of these experiences is the right one. The quality of a session is not measured by how spectacular it was.
Who it makes sense for
For anyone who feels they work well on paper and badly in practice. For anyone who has already done a lot of work on themselves and has the sense of circling around something. For anyone who wants to understand from the inside what I am talking about, before deciding whether to take a course.
It does not make sense for anyone looking for a diagnosis, a cure, or a replacement for a medical or psychological path. Ad Unum is not a therapy and does not claim to be one.

I remain a certified practitioner of both, and for six years I directed their international training. I continue to offer them to those who ask for them specifically, or to those who already have a path underway and want to continue it with me.
They are not the same as Ad Unum and I do not present them as alternatives: they are bodies of work with their own history, their own protocol and their own meaning. Those who arrive without knowing which to choose usually begin with Ad Unum.
For these two, booking goes through me directly: write to me and we’ll agree on a date and format. If you prefer email or the phone, you’ll find everything under contacts.
Where I practise
I see people in person in Como and throughout Ticino — Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno — and in the main Swiss cities: Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, Lucerne. In Italy I see people in many provinces: Milan, Turin, Genoa, Pordenone, Verona, Padua, Bologna, Modena, Parma, Florence, Pisa, Perugia, Rome and Naples, among others.
The dates depend on the course calendar. Write to me with your city and I’ll tell you when I’m nearest — or we start online, which is always available.
Online sessions, wherever you are
A remote session is not a fallback: it is a form in its own right. Ad Unum does not work on the body, it works on the field that includes me and the person receiving — and a field has no distance. People who receive online report the same things as those who receive in person.
Online I see people in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, in Italian, English and Spanish. We agree on the time in your own zone: write to me from wherever you are and I’ll propose two or three possible windows. All you need is a stable connection and an hour when nobody is looking for you.
