Most corporate training is something you listen to. This is something you do.

A motivational day evaporates within a week: everyone knows it, and everyone keeps doing it. That is why my programmes are not events but processes — five three-hour modules spread over five to eight weeks, with real application assignments between one meeting and the next. Change begins inside the company while the programme is still running, and every session starts again from what actually happened.

Why they call me

Because the problems an SME has today are not solved with more information. They are solved with people who stand differently inside the same situations.

41% of Swiss SMEs name the shortage of qualified staff as their number one problem. 67% want to bring artificial intelligence in within the year, but only 18% have a structured plan. One family business in two will face a generational handover without a formalised plan.

These are three different problems with the same root: skills get updated, people’s posture does not.

Six programmes

Leadership. Leading without pushing, deciding without stiffening, holding the group when conditions change.

Artificial intelligence. Bringing it into the company with a plan, not by imitation. What to delegate, what not to, and how the work of those who stay changes.

Talent. Attracting and keeping the right people in a market where pay alone is no longer enough.

Sales. The commercial relationship as a quality of presence, not as a closing technique.

People’s energy. The subject everyone calls wellbeing and almost nobody measures: clarity, recovery, the capacity to carry the load.

Business continuity. Generational handover and succession, addressed before they become an emergency.

The method: experience, reflection, commitment

Every programme begins with an honest self-assessment — where we actually are, not where we tell ourselves we are. From there the work proceeds through direct experience: you try, you observe what happens, you go back into the company to apply it, and at the next meeting you start from what worked and what didn’t.

It is the same principle as Ad Unum Experience carried into the professional context: you don’t add a technique, you change the posture of the person working. The skills then stick by themselves.

How it works

In person, online or in hybrid form. From the catalogue, with open enrolment, or as dedicated editions directly in the company. The courses are held in Italian, English or Spanish.
